Location, Location, Location...

This house is a great place to raise a family and livestock as we did. It is now too large for us; we are down sizing and moving closer to our grown children. We would like to see a young family take it over and raise successful kids too. The home is located on a quiet street with no through traffic, just off a 4 lane highway "89A". In 1993 the house was raised above the 100-year flood elevation that Yavapai County established for this location and at that time the home was totally remodeled and we added a master bedroom suite located in the master wing of the home.
